About the Role Lead the Drivetrain MP & PP (Production & Planning) team to oversee production planning and material planning ensuring CSP and AoS. Manage schedulers, schedules, coordination, and control of production schedules; review production process efficiency and quality; and guide material planners to maintain stock levels and meet customer needs in a timely, cost-conscious manner. What You'll Do
- Lead facility production and inventory plans; analyze and troubleshoot planned production scheduling problems; recommend process improvements to optimize the scheduling process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product-related issues.
- Manage schedulers, schedules, coordinates, and controls the production schedules; review production process efficiency and quality.
