About the Role This Driver Supervisor role (internally known as Driver Foreman) at SUEZ focuses on overseeing vehicle operations, incident investigation, and driver training to support greener waste management across the UK. What You'll Do
- Manage and investigate vehicle/personal incidents and road traffic accidents.
- Investigate and resolve near miss/hazard reports.
- Conduct weekly vehicle inspections/gate checks.
- Download VU and Drivers' tachograph cards and review infringement reports with drivers.
- Ensure vehicles are presented for service on time and LOLER inspections are completed per company standards.
- Deliver training and toolbox talks; debrief drivers post shift daily.
- Complete yearly driving and pre-employment driving assessments once trained.
- Occasional cover for driver sickness/absence; weekend work as needed.
