Job Description We are seeking an experienced Drilling Project OI Advisor III to provide Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) leadership and support for drilling operations, ensuring compliance, operational integrity, and a strong safety culture across offshore and onshore projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Company on all SSHE matters across drilling projects, rig sites, rig moves, and transport operations.
- Develop and implement SSHE programs, induction processes, emergency response plans, and safety initiatives.
- Monitor contractor compliance with Company SSHE standards and conduct Operational Integrity (OI) compliance audits.
- Lead safety inspections, training, incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Review contractor SSHE plans, monitor safety performance, and address non-conformances.
