Job Description We are seeking an experienced Drill Team Quality Representative Coordinator III to support drilling and completion operations by leading quality assurance and quality control activities throughout well construction, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and steward the Drill Team Quality Plan throughout well planning and execution.
- Oversee QA/QC activities for drilling equipment and services provided by contractors and service companies.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the quality event database.
- Monitor compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
