Job title: DMEAL Lead
Purpose of the position: The Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (DMEAL) Lead is responsible for all Programme Design, Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning, and technical leadership and guidance for successful alignment with OP Phase III Child Results and Future Ready Sponsorship (FRS) requirements. The role holder will be responsible for leading end-to-end program monitoring and AIM/AIM+ to generate credible evidence of impact and support the FO leadership with data driven decision-making. Alignment of the office work with industry standards of programme and data quality, as well as data integrity and validity, including successful transition to iMPAQ, will be among top priorities.
