About the Role Provide engineering leadership within Haskell's Construction & Manufacturing Division. You will ensure projects are technically sound, on schedule, and within cost, while guiding day-to-day divisional operations to achieve profitability and corporate objectives.
What You'll Do
- Establish and implement divisional policies, procedures, and organizational structure within the boundaries established by the management team and corporate policy.
- Develop, direct, and monitor short-term and long-range plans consistent with overall profit and growth objectives of the company.
- Plan, staff, and supervise all division activities including personnel administration, performance reviews, defining functions, responsibilities, power-to-act, and the like.
