About the Role The Dealer Sales Manager (District Sales Manager) is responsible for achieving sales targets within a designated territory by developing and maintaining a network of Honda Marine dealers. This role involves directly selling Honda outboard motors and rigging components to dealerships, managing dealer relationships, supporting dealer sales initiatives, representing Honda Marine at key events, and overseeing dealer co-op advertising programs. Regular market and industry reporting informs wholesale and retail sales goals. What You'll Do
- Develop and expand dealer partnerships across NJ, PA, MD, DE, VA and WV. Prospect and build a strong dealer network.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with dealer partners to align on objectives.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for Honda outboard engines and related products through strategic planning.
