About this role
About the Role The purpose of this position is to develop the skills and knowledge to become a successful District Manager within Kia's US structure. It offers hands-on training and exposure to all areas of Regional operations, with the long-term goal of developing future District Managers. This role requires field travel and potential relocation. What You'll Do
- Support Regional Sales Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Support District Sales Managers in achieving objectives and daily tasks.
- Monitor retail and wholesale performance up to the regional level.
- Support all regional sales positions – Distribution, Dealer Development, and Marketing.
- Perform miscellaneous programs, projects and assignments requested by the Regional Sales Manager. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
