About the Role The District Manager leads and drives all aspects of the Retail business for the district, including customer service, sales, team development and operations. This role covers Outlet stores and ensures a consistent Customer Journey across locations, partnering with the buying team to provide insights on customers and competition. The District Manager upholds Coach's standards and values with top‑quality execution and serves as a motivating leader across all levels. What You'll Do
- Create and reinforce a proactive selling culture that focuses on building long‑term relationships through clienteling and customer shopping experience.
- Foster an environment where service and selling are top priorities through training, coaching, role‑modeling, and personal customer involvement.
