What You’ll Do
- Ensure safety of employees via active safety culture management, policy enforcement, and assisting in developing improvements to our business.
- Develops and maintains standard operation procedures for all areas of responsibility.
- Maintain a personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish the department’s mission in an effective and efficient manner.
- Plans and coordinates work by performing time studies, cost analysis, prototype builds or other means as necessary.
- Ensures associates meet company and departmental standards for quality, productivity, housekeeping & safety.
