About the Role Distribution Supervisor 1st Shift is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our Hebron, KY distribution center and developing a team of associates for fast-paced distribution work, while applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive on-time delivery, quality, and efficiency. What You'll Do
- Coordinate with other Supervisors to build and execute productivity plans by reviewing work volume forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and balancing labor across the facility.
- Communicate policies to associates, reinforcing adherence to consistent compliance and taking corrective action when required.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in a Lean environment.
- Perform root cause analysis to facilitate problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
