We are seeking an experienced and driven Distribution Centre Support Manager to oversee key operational support functions within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role sits on the Senior Leadership Team at the Minworth Distribution Centre, reporting to the General Manager and requiring strong leadership, systems expertise, compliance and a continuous improvement mindset.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the Stock Team, ensuring accurate inventory control and accountability.
- Oversee and sign off monthly and annual stock counts, ensuring full compliance and audit readiness.
- Take ownership of warehouse systems, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP, ensuring effective usage and continuous optimisation.
- Maintain a strong compliance culture, ensuring adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and internal control measures.
