About the Role Newell Brands is seeking a Distribution Associate to perform core DC functions on a rotating basis, including picking, packing, building orders for shipment, shipping, and value-added services (VAS/Returns). This role supports distribution operations at the Reno facility and requires teamwork, safety awareness, and a flexible approach. What You'll Do
- Pick and pack orders for various types of customers, referring to the pick ticket for any special instructions.
- Build large freight orders onto pallets within height restrictions and verify orders are complete and accurate prior to shipping.
- Ship orders following pick-ticket instructions; pay attention to shipping method and any special shipping instructions.
- Generate shipping labels, carton content labels and packing lists; apply or insert them consistently as directed by the Shipping Manager or Shipping Supervisor.
