About this role
About the Role As a dispatcher in Vestas' Global Offshore Capacity & Master Planning team, you will support offshore sites by coordinating maintenance planning, materials, documentation management, and service scheduling to ensure safe, available resources for offshore delivery. What You'll Do
- Analyze and prepare service orders for technicians and obtain technical approval after completion
- Define resources needed for service orders in collaboration with Supervisors (competencies, materials, tools)
- Plan, level out, and assign works for the territory and tasks to best match needs and conditions (e.g., weather, skills)
- Bundle and optimize work order composition
- Maintain daily communication with technicians, technical support functions, and customers
- Support maintenance documentation management and the ERP operating system, including service scheduling
