Job title: Discipline Counsel
Description
- Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel & Director of the Office of Discipline Counsel and working as part of the University’s Office of Discipline Counsel the incumbent represents the Provost in academic discipline proceedings before the University Tribunal and provides legal advice and guidance to clients across the University on issues related to academic discipline. In doing so, the incumbent conducts legal analysis and research, and drafts and edits documents including letters, pleadings, affidavits, and factums.
