About the Role As Director, Strategic Pricing & Planning (Management Path), you will be responsible for defining and evolving Alcon’s global value-based pricing framework, leading portfolio-level pricing strategies across Surgical and Vision Care franchises, and developing long-range strategic plans that drive revenue growth and profitability. You will lead a team of pricing professionals and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure pricing strategies align with Alcon’s broader objectives. This role requires close collaboration with Global Marketing, Market Access, HEOR, Finance, and Commercial teams to integrate pricing with value, evidence, and go-to-market strategy.
