About the Role Director, Strategic Pricing & Planning (Pricing Optimization) leads the development and execution of pricing strategies to drive revenue and profitability across Alcon's global portfolio. This role manages a team, partners with global and regional stakeholders, and shapes the Pricing Technology Ecosystem to improve pricing efficiency and compliance with strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute pan-franchise pricing strategies for current and future products, ensuring competitive positioning and market alignment
- Lead the strategic development of Alcon’s Pricing Technology Ecosystem, including quoting, tender management, and price optimization applications to enhance pricing efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage global pricing policies, review regional annual price update plans, and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines
