Your mission As Director, Strategic Operations, you will act as a force multiplier for our CEO and executive team. You will turn strategy into clear priorities, decisions and measurable execution, while creating the governance and transparency that help our leadership focus on the opportunities with the greatest value for Matrix42.
Your key responsibilities would look like this:
- Own and continuously improve our leadership operating system and governance cadence across ExCo, XLT, leadership forums and strategic offsites.
- Drive agenda planning, decision tracking and follow-through, ensuring clear ownership and timely escalation of risks, bottlenecks and cross-functional dependencies.
- Lead the annual planning process together with Finance and functional leaders, translating company goals into coherent functional plans and measurable targets.
