- Deal Strategy & Evaluation: Assess new opportunities for strategic fit, financial viability, and operational feasibility; Develop and refine deal structures (franchise, management, hybrid, membership models); Provide go/no-go/reshape recommendations to senior leaders; Challenge assumptions to ensure robust decision-making.
