Key responsibilities
- Co-own the Omni Operations Line strategy, roadmap and investment priorities as a member of the Product Line Leadership Team, ensuring alignment between business objectives, operational needs and technology delivery
- Represent the voice of the business within the Product Line and drive holistic prioritization across initiatives, balancing strategic objectives, customer impact, operational value, technical dependencies, capacity and investment considerations
- Govern the evolution of global fulfilment and delivery capabilities, processes and ways of working, ensuring they support Pandora’s operating model, growth ambitions and customer objectives
