About the Role Solventum is seeking a Director of Payer Solutions to lead the development and execution of payer strategy and solutions that support customers and healthcare professionals. This role partners with cross-functional teams to address payer challenges with empathy, insight, and clinical intelligence.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and execution of payer-focused strategies and solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with health plans, providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive market insights, competitive analysis, and product roadmap aligned with payer needs.
- Collaborate with Clinical, Product, Sales, and Compliance teams to translate payer requirements into scalable solutions.
- Represent Solventum in external payer ecosystems and industry events.
