About the Role The Director, Patent Attorney at Regeneron acts as legal counsel for manufacturing IP, guiding development, protection and management of Regeneron’s manufacturing and bioprocessing IP across the development pipeline. The role covers patent activities for manufacturing and bioprocessing, including cell line technologies, purification, formulations, assay and media development, and collaborates with scientists and manufacturing leaders on portfolio strategy, filings, trade secret protection and patent actions. What You'll Do
- Identifying, capturing and prosecuting new inventions relating to manufacturing and bioprocessing;
- Preparing and prosecuting global patent applications relating to manufacturing/bioprocessing including cell development, cell culture, purification, assay development, formulation, packaging and delivery;
