About the Role The Director of Operations will be based onsite in Austin, TX. This role leads day-to-day operations and core operational functions to drive operational excellence, ensuring on-time, in-specification delivery to customers at optimal cost.
What You'll Do
- Guarantee production, delivery in full, on time and in specifications, required by customers, at the most cost-efficient rate.
- Define operational financial goals and manage related performance including P&L.
- Lead operational teams with a track record of staff management and results.
- Establish and communicate Business Unit goals and assignments.
- Define and execute operational programs aligned with strategic plans and annual operating goals.
- Meet with Executive Leadership at least monthly to review KPIs and KOI’s.
- Attend quarterly business reviews with key customers.
