Director of Student Conduct and Title IX Coordinator

Description

• Reporting to the Vice President for Student Affairs, the dual position of Director of Student Conduct and Title IX Coordinator provides: (i) general oversight for all student conduct issues in the student code of conduct, including issues pertaining to student misconduct and academic integrity; and (ii) management, training, prevention and education concerning the Samford University Sexual Misconduct Policy (the Sexual Misconduct Policy) and Title IX of the Amendments Act of 1972 and its corresponding regulations and Department of Education guidance. The position provides leadership in the development, implementation, and administration of policies and procedures to promote a respectful campus community, as well as leadership in University-wide Title IX planning, monitoring, reporting, grievance procedures, education, prevention, and training efforts.
