About the Role An established, multi-site manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Director of IT Cybersecurity & Operations to lead enterprise-wide IT operations and cybersecurity. This executive leadership role will oversee Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Cybersecurity teams while partnering closely with senior leadership to modernize technology operations, strengthen security, and support continued business growth. What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise IT Operations, Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Cybersecurity functions.
- Develop and execute the organization's long-term IT and cybersecurity strategy.
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
