- Lead and supervise the clinical team to deliver excellent resident care
- Ensure high-quality care delivery and adherence to care standards
- Interact with residents, guests, family members and team members daily to support well-being
- Maintain CPR certification and ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents' health and safety What We're Looking For
- Licensed LPN or RN with current CPR certification
