Ripple Treasury is redefining how businesses move, manage, and settle money across borders — and we’re looking for a Director of Global Transformation to help lead that charge internally. This senior individual-contributor and leadership role is part of our Program Management team. It requires broad collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams. The role focuses on driving sophisticated, enterprise-wide initiatives from strategy to execution.
You will own end-to-end transformation programs that improve the way Ripple Treasury functions at scale — spanning process development, technology adoption, leading shifts within the organization, and performance measurement.
