About the Role The Director of Enrollment Compliance serves as the institution's primary subject matter expert and quality assurance manager for all federal reporting to the Registrar's Office and NSLDS, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This role leads NSC/NSLDS reporting processes and collaborates across the Registrar's Office, internal audit, and Financial Aid to safeguard data integrity and program compliance. What You'll Do
- Serve as institutional lead for NSC/NSLDS enrollment reporting; manage submission cycles per federal requirements
- Track and monitor enrollment reporting transmissions from submission to completion, ensuring compliance
- Establish, document, and QA the date of determination for enrollment status changes; maintain audit trails in Banner
- Monitor NSC/NSLDS processing timelines and adjust schedules to meet regulatory deadlines
