About the Role Sanborn Mills Farm seeks its first full-time Director of Development at a pivotal moment as the organization moves from founder-funded to a broadly community-supported nonprofit. The role is onsite in Loudon, NH and reports to the Executive Director; the Director will design and implement a comprehensive development strategy and partner with leadership, staff, the Board, and volunteers to strengthen the organization’s development function and external voice.
