About the Role As a Director of Data Science on Shipt's Marketplace Product team, you will lead consumer analytics and AI efforts, guiding a team of 7-10 data scientists. In this high-visibility leadership role, you will define the analytics vision and architect AI-powered capabilities that deliver seamless consumer experiences while driving operational efficiency.
You will combine technical depth with strong business judgment, partnering with the enterprise to champion customer obsession and unlock new growth opportunities. A core pillar of this role is leading our AI transformation—architecting and scaling agentic AI systems and GenAI workflows that elevate the consumer journey and improve team productivity.
