The Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the university’s data engineering, analytics, systems integration, and intelligent automation functions. This role leads an ITS team responsible for data infrastructure, reporting and analytics platforms, enterprise integrations, automated workflows, and AI-enabled solutions that support institutional effectiveness. Reporting to the VP/CIO, the Director serves as a key liaison between Information Technology Services (ITS) and the university’s academic and administrative units, ensuring high-quality data, seamless system integration, and actionable insights that inform decision-making across the institution.
