About this role
The Director of Alumni Engagement is responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive alumni engagement program that strengthens alumni connection to the University and increases participation. The position establishes engagement strategies, manages alumni programs and volunteer leadership, and guides outreach efforts. The role serves as the institutional lead for alumni engagement and operates with a high degree of independence in setting direction, developing initiatives, and guiding alumni involvement. The position collaborates across campus to support coordinated relationship-building and long-term engagement goals.
