About the Role The Agentic Leadership Development team sits at the intersection of talent, technology, and organizational transformation - building the future manager operating model for Salesforce's Human + AI era. As Director, Agentic Learning, you'll lead the enterprise strategy that equips 12,000 leaders to orchestrate work across humans and digital labor, driving capability change that's embedded directly into the flow of work - not sitting in a classroom. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week. What You'll Do
- Define and evolve the enterprise strategy for agentic manager capability, shifting from traditional programs to AI-enabled, in-flow leadership development experiences embedded across the full manager lifecycle.
