- Create academic frameworks that translate learning science into practical guidance for curriculum, motivation systems, and app design.
- Lead academic execution reviews across Heads of Academics to ensure school teams are aligned, accountable, and delivering results.
- Synthesize data, interviews, and observation into academic ecosystem reviews that spotlight the highest-leverage barriers to accelerated learning and propose actionable interventions.
