About the Role
Director, HCC Colombia/Costa Rica serves as the Healthcare Compliance Officer for Colombia and Costa Rica (Project Epsilon), providing end-to-end strategic and operational compliance leadership for DePuy Synthes’ Orthopedics business. This role partners closely with country/site leadership, Global Services, Legal, business and functional stakeholders, and regional and global Compliance teams to ensure ethical business conduct, effective risk management.
