About the Role We are seeking an experienced Director to lead Financial Due Diligence engagements within RSM’s Deal Services practice, with a focus on Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT). You will work with our national M&A Advisory team, serving corporate and private equity clients and guiding diligence from pre-close readiness through transaction execution. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage multiple financial due diligence engagements and participate in transactions related to acquisitions and divestitures by private equity investor groups and strategic buyers and sellers.
- Develop and deliver quality planning approaches with timely and responsive services and work products that meet and/or exceed client expectations.
