About the Role The Director, Enterprise Data Security leads the enterprise data security, data lifecycle management, and insider risk program within the Danaher Information Security organization. Reporting to the Vice President, Cyber Defense, this fully remote role collaborates across architecture, engineering, cloud security, and the security operations center to protect sensitive data and mitigate insider risk. What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver continuous improvements to the enterprise data security, data lifecycle management, and insider risk management program. Measure program maturity, prioritize initiatives, and increase program effectiveness.
- Partner with Data Governance, Legal, HR, Privacy, and related functions to maintain consistent standards and processes.
