About the Role The Travelers Enterprise Analytics Data Products Team is seeking a Director to lead a data engineering team delivering enterprise data and analytics capabilities in an agile environment. You will act as the voice of the end-user to guide day-to-day work and ensure outcomes align with business goals across the enterprise. What You'll Do
- Define, prioritize and maintain a ready backlog for a cross-functional product team, accept final product output, focusing on outcomes over prescribing how work is done.
- Effectively manage a backlog of deliverables and experimentation, measure performance, and adjust the roadmap as needed.
- Translate business strategies into execution-ready work for an Agile team; align goals with circle/value stream vision and communicate them to stakeholders.
