About the Role The Director of Design for Services will lead a multi-layered design organization (~55 designers) across Money, Capital, Lending, and Workforce Solutions. This portfolio is a fast-growing QuickBooks segment and one of Intuit's three Big Bets. The role is a manager-of-managers responsible for raising craft and quality, strengthening leadership, and ensuring innovation and platform cohesion advance together. What You'll Do
- Deliver Excellence at the Feature and Portfolio Level
- Ensure Services teams continue to deliver high-impact, customer-centered features
- Raise the quality bar across interaction design, visual craft, content clarity, and AI-powered experiences
- Embed strong critique practices and measurable quality standards across teams
- Uplevel the Design Practice
- Lead and develop a team of design managers and senior ICs within a ~55-person organization
