About the Role The Director of Data Integration & Workflows leads the team that enables data pipelines and workflow patterns powering S&P Dow Jones Indices' index and analytical solutions. This role drives the data platform enablement strategy, ensuring pipelines are scalable, observable, and production-ready, and partners with organizations across Data AI & Enablement to accelerate delivery and reduce production risk.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive the data automation and transformation strategy for the Data Integration & Workflows group, establishing standards for production-ready pipelines, ETL/ELT, orchestration, error handling, observability, and cost/performance optimization with clear "definition of done" criteria.
