Director, Borrowing (Credit Risk) – Business Banking
About this role
About the Role Director to build and lead Monzo's credit risk function for lending to our business banking customers. You’ll design and implement credit and pricing strategies for SME and small business lending, and lead a team of analysts as we scale our lending products across Business Banking. What You'll Do
- Lead a team designing and implementing credit and pricing strategies for our business lending products.
- Monitor performance of existing strategies and iterate to improve them.
- Lead initiatives to improve credit underwriting, growth and portfolio risk.
- Support the design and rollout of new products and customer journeys, while working with engineering, marketing, product, risk and control teams.
- Provide leadership across our Business Banking and Borrowing Collectives; be a member of the Borrowing Leadership Team. What We're Looking For
