About the Role ResCare Community Living, part of Sevita, provides quality services that empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently at home and in their community. The Direct Support Professional (Caregiver) supports participants with person-centered services to help them grow, learn, and live well, building meaningful relationships and assisting them to participate in community activities while providing daily living and personal care. What You'll Do
- Provide direct support and care to individuals in community living settings.
- Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
- Help participants work toward developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Foster meaningful relationships and help participants engage with the community and preferred activities.
