As a Direct Support Professional in Riverside, CA, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently at home and in their community. You will build real relationships, work with a supportive team, and help participants grow, learn, and participate in daily activities. What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to participants in home and community settings.
- Support participants with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Help participants engage in community activities, develop skills, and pursue their preferred interests.
