About the Role Direct Support Professional at Sevita Community Living supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently at home and in their community. You’ll build real, meaningful relationships, provide person-centered services, and help participants grow skills, overcome challenges, and participate in community activities. What You'll Do
- Build real, meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and support them in daily living, personal hygiene, and community participation.
- Help participants work toward developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Respond to behavioral challenges and other complex needs with compassion; ensure safety and well-being.
