- Provide compassionate direct care, including assistance with personal hygiene and support for individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
- Build real, meaningful relationships with the individuals served and take initiative to help them engage in community activities and favorite pastimes.
- Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Collaborate with supervisors and the care team to ensure safety, wellbeing, and progress toward goals.
