About the Role Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will join a mission-driven team and work in community-based settings providing support to help individuals live as independently as possible, collaborating with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans. What You'll Do
- Transport and support individuals in the community: outings/field trips, medical appointments, and shopping.
- Assist with daily living skills including meal preparation and medication administration.
- Provide guidance on developmental goals such as community participation, budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and vocational supports.
- Support with living skills including personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and toileting.
