About the Role Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll join a mission-driven team and work to help people live well and pursue fulfilling careers, collaborating with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans as a Direct Support Professional. What You'll Do
- Provide assistance and strategies to individuals served to live as independently as possible, working closely with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans.
- Facilitate transportation and community participation: outings/field trips, medical appointments, and shopping.
- Assist with daily living skills including meal preparation and medication administration.
