About the Role Part-Time Direct Support Professional at Sevita Health provides community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll join a mission-driven team to help participants grow, live well, and participate in meaningful activities in the community. What You'll Do
- Build real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and support them in daily activities.
- Develop ownership and trust from leaders to do what’s right for participants.
- Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
- Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs.
- Contribute to a compassionate, patient, and reliable work environment.
