About the Role Sevita provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Direct Support Caregiver, you’ll help people grow, learn, and live well by building meaningful relationships and supporting them to participate in their communities and pursue personal goals. What You'll Do
- Build meaningful relationships with individuals served and support their growth, learning, and independence.
- Help participants participate in the community and engage in activities they enjoy.
- Support development goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
- Work under supportive leadership and act with compassion, patience, and reliability. What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
