About the Role The Direct Sales Manager leads and develops a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) team within Truist Mortgage, driving growth and profitability by executing strategic plans and collaborating with internal partners and COIs. This role combines leadership with hands-on mortgage sales management to deliver superior client relationships and lending delivery. What You'll Do
- Achieve production goals through personal production as well as effective leadership, recruiting, retention, coaching, and developing a profitable sales team.
- Drive sales of mortgage loans by leading, communicating, and executing on a strategic plan that includes superior relationship management of internal and external COIs and coordinating sales activities with internal Truist partners; Take an active role in business development efforts with MLO team.
